We at Servermeile Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH & Co KG are a family and growing team that puts our heart and soul into the management and maintenance of our group Properties. For our commercial property in Berlin, we are now looking for a warm and energetic in-house craftsman (m/f/d) to support us.
Your Tasks
- Regular maintenance and care of our buildings and outdoor facilities
- Carrying out minor repairs and renovations
- Monitoring and support of our technical systems
- Coordination and collaboration with external service providers and craft companies
- Conduct safety audits and comply with regulatory requirements
- Reading the electricity and water meters for the commercial tenants
- Contact person for commercial tenants
Necessary Qualifications
- Completed technical training, e.g. as an electrician, plumber, carpenter or similar.
- You have professional experience
- Technical understanding and craftsmanship
- Reliability, initiative and sense of responsibility
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
- Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing
