Your Tasks
- Support in the management and support of our group Properties
- Creation of utility bills with Immoware24
- Maintaining tenant files and processing correspondence
- Appointment organization and coordination
- Telephone and written correspondence with tenants, owners and service providers
- Support in drawing up rental agreements
- Assistance with apartment inspections, handovers and acceptances
- General administrative tasks and office organization
Necessary Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate agent or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Good organizational skills and a strong sense of service
- Friendly and communicative demeanor
- Independent and careful way of working
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
